My Romantic Home of painted furniture

If you've never visited Cindy, you don't know what you're missing!  Her home is so beautiful, so full of soft white painted furniture and really just the perfect shabby chic cottage look, that I, like so many others, have followed her advice on how to paint my furniture white.  Today she posted a 'Painted Furniture Party' on her site and I just had to add the amoire I painted a couple years ago.

I painted this using her painting techniques , Bella Cottages handles and my own CreatingCottage handmade furniture appliques.  I think it's a fantastic collaboration.........I hope you think so too:)

And just as a side note - I sold two more pieces on Etsy today - hooray!

I am linking to............
Thank you Diane for all your wonderful help!

Beautiful job. Appliques are a passion of mine as well.

I too have followed Cindy's advice on painting furniture and it has turned into an obsession!
Your amoire is gorgeous and your appliques are the perfect touch!

Rosemary@villabarnes - it's such an addiction, but at least a wonderfully decorative and positive one right:)

Hello Vintagesouthernlife. Thanks so much for the compliment. I too am obsessed with the way cottage furniture is so perfectly imperfect and looks beautiful everywhere.

That is so pretty and I love the appliques. I've never used them before, but I just might have to try! Thanks for linking to my party. I love discovering new blogs.
