I decided to try working with a new clay. Craft porcelain is easily available in craft store but, in some ways, more difficult to work with than polymer clay even though it does air dry.
After some trial and error I've decided I really like the stuff. Here's my completed piece......
.....I affixed the roses to the wood plaque, painted the entire piece one color and then added the crystal knob. I really love it, hope you do to:) Give it a try!!
